In case of Sale: Two percent of the total basic cost plus GST applicable as per government norms from Seller.
In case of Purchase: Two percent of the total basic cost plus GST applicable as per government norms from Buyer.
In case of Rental: One month’s Rent Plus GST as per government norms from Lessor.
Renewal charges: 10 days Rent plus GST as per government norm every 11 months from Lessee/Occupant.
